This is an urgent matter. I have recently installed Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended and I now need to "sign in to register" within 7 days via Adobe App Manager. <See Enclosed 1a>
The problem is that Adobe App Manager will not let me sign in to receive the needed request code. <See Enclosed 1b>
This request code is required for obtaining a product code. <See Enclosed 2>
It says that I am not connected to the internet, but if it weren't, I obviously wouldn't be here typing this, now would I?
It also uses the clock not being set right as an excuse, but I have checked this and it is in fact, set right.
If there is some way, ANY way, to get around this issue, I would greatly appreciate this favor.

Hi,
Adobe has prepared this about "Please connect ... " https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html >>>
What's covered >>> Troubleshoot connectivity issues >>> ...
On the other hand, did you purchase your product from these firms like Amazon? If yes, this is not a serial number, only a code with which you can request a serial number from Adobe. Please have a look at http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html. (Start here: How did you purchase your product?)
The following part, so I just see at least, ceased to exist on my Adobe website, everything takes place in the link from above. I leave it as an info yet, it might still fit for you. For this purpose, please click your way through to your Adobe Store and find the button "Get Serial Number". Fill in the form and after a while you will get the real serial number.

I appreciate you responding, but unfortunately, I already went through these sites and it didn't work. I have my serial number, but I just need a way to get the Adobe App Manager to let me sign in so that I can get to the point where I can get a request code so that I can get a product code. Or find a way to get a generic request code, at the very least.

Hello A-Wad457W (?),
because of your "I have recently installed" (it worked already, or?) I assume that your serial number is correct and should work. But because not only one of the links from above did work, I only can recommend that you use Adobe's chat. For this click through http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html 'till you arrive at "chat". If "open" please use it, I for my part had the best experiences. I quote from Adobe's employee Preran: The chat button is activated as soon as there is an agent available to help.
And if this wouldn't give the solution you should search for Adobe's staff members by writing them a personal message. They can often help better than we, we the users like you. Please have a look in the forum to persons with this icon under their avatar:
