Need to contact adobe via phone for Photoshop CS3 activation

I'm having trouble with trying to activate my CS3 Photoshop, I can't do it online, and I've tried calling the old phone line, but it just plays a message saying go to a webpage to try to get help. In there, there are no real phone options. They just link you here, to the forums. What can I do.
