I need to deactivate my serial number on computers/OSs I don't have access to anymore. Through windows 10 upgrades and getting a new surface, I didn't deactivate any of my elements 13 licenses before I formatted the machines. Now I have a new surface and I can't install elements 13 because I've used up all my licenses.
Can you, Adobe, clear away all my activations and I'll just put it on the two machines I require? Thanks.
Hi Rick,
You are supposed to deactivate from inside the program before you replace hardware
Since you didn't, or your computer died and you couldn't, you need to contact Adobe to reset your activation count
Chat/Phone: Mon - Fri 5am - 7pm (US Pacific Time) <=== NOTE DAYS AND TIME

Serial number and activation support (non-CC)
Thanks,

Thank you, I just did this.
The rep noted that this is a 1 time exception for me. I'll be sure to sign out before I upgrade the OS or hardware next time.
