Need to re-install Element 7

Hello,

I had to fe-format I had Element 7 on in doing so I lost it

I started out with Element 5 which i have the cd, then I paid for and downloaded for 7.

I have looked in My Order History which does not show the download.  I have the order number and email which I purchased 7

How can I get it back??

Oh I did try this

Which operating system are you working with? Mac, Windows? Which version?
