I am very frustrated.
I need to update my visa card details on various CC programs, and yet the CAPTCHA isn't showing up. I have tried on multiple browsers and I even spoke to an Adobe representative, and he said that he didn't know what to do.
I literally I cannot update my info and thus cannot pay for the CC monthly payment.
you need to communicate with adobe staff like Rajashree Bhattacharya or using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html
i'm not an adobe employee.

Hi Kglad,
I've been trying for 4 days including using Microsoft Edge, ADOBE Support
chats and telephones - no use.
I'm including a snapshot of ADOBE problematic window.

you can send personal messages via adobe. you'll see a notice in your email (but it might go to your spam folder if adobe.com emails aren't white-listed).

Hi Rajashree,
(ref: your response from Apr 30, 2018)
During my long unsuccessful trials to update my Card data, I had a chat with your support person who directed me to some specific Adobe window where I could enter my new Card data. I did so and checked the send button;
Yet when checking up my account data - I saw the old (deleted) card info
and Adobe warnings about subscription cut were still streaming daily (as they do right now).
Trying again, few minutes ago, to update my card info - as I've been doing for the last few days (always - without the ability to overcome the rsCAPTCHA" security ID problem) - I was amazed to see that when I started to fill the (new) card no' - my new card data was automatically filled by your system !!
If this information is there in your system - why my account is not updated??
Could you please fix this strange situation.
Thank you
Avshalom Mor.

Hi Rajashree,
I'm still on my tryals to update my credit card information.
(I was told someone from Adobe called me on my home telephone when I was not at home but didn't leave his number so I can make a reply).
Now to continue my trials:
Here is a snapshot of Adobe "My Payment Information" window.
It says there that Adobe's security "reCAPTCHA" have to be updated.
otherwise my changes are not accepted.
Could you please pass this message to the proper support person?
Thank you
Avshalom Mor.

you're probably using a browser that has your info saved.
use a different browser.

Hi Kglad,
Tried a different browser - the same problem - reKAPTCHA (security
recognition tool) is shutdown.
The reKAPTCHA sound option (instead of the written option) doesn't work.
Attached is a screenshot from that browser of ADOBE account info change
trial.

Hi Kglad,
Trying today to update my payment information - I found the relevant
ABOBE's "My Payment Information" window clean of that troublesome reCAPCHA
security window
so I added my new card information in the proper window and push the
"submit" button.
surprisingly- I didn't receive any approval or commenting response from
ADOBE to the change.
Now, when I go to "my account" - I find that my *Adobe Pro DC subscription
has expired*;
Entering again my Adobe account window* I find there that I am still
subscribed based on my old card information* (as if by default);
Then - when pushing the "reset" button to correct again my card info - I
could see as available choice - both my old and new card details.
It means that* ADOBE already has my new card info but will not let me
change the old one with the new card.*
How do one gets out of this magic circle?
Yours
Avshalom Mor.
