need usb install instead of CD install

My computer crashed and is no longer working.

My new computer doesn't have a CD player just USB ports.

Is there a way to convert my ADobe Photoshop elements 9 install CD to USB?

There may be two ways to do this.

Get someone with a disk reader to help you transfer the files to a usb drive

Or, go to Download Photoshop Elements products | 9, 8, 7 and download the trial version of 9, install that,  and use your current serial number to make it permanent
