Question

i cannot install adobe acrobat 9 or 10 the pro version onto a windows 7 computer and it is a netframe work issue.  tried several times to get around it but it all ressolves to be the same issue .netframework

Seems like the .Net Framework component has gone corrupt on your machine.

Download .Net Cleanup Utility from only this link : http://blogs.msdn.com/b/astebner/archive/2007/08/31/4678599.aspx

Using the Cleanup Tool, uninstall .Net Framework 1.0, 1.1, 2.0. 3.0 and 3.5 (The cleanup tool won’t allow you to remove the .NET Framework 2.0 on Vista and higher because it is installed as an OS component.)

Restart the computer.

Download and install the following components:
- .Net Framework 4.0
- .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 (this will also install .Net Framework 2.0 SP2 and 3.0 SP2)
- .Net Framework 1.1
- .Net Framework 1.1 SP1

Restart the computer and Try to install the software now and check.
