Neue Seriennummer erhalten CS3

Hallo Zusammen,

ich habe die alte CS3 Version und wollte diese nun wieder installieren. Hier gibt es jedoch das Problem, dass die Seriennummern nicht mehr unterstützt werden.

Adobe bietet die Möglichkeit unter folgendem Link Neue Seriennummer erhalten | CS3, Acrobat 8  er​ für die CS3 Programme eine neue Seriennummer zu generieren und die Programme neu downzuloaden. Ich habe alles gemacht, erhalte jetzt jedoch die Fehlermeldung, dass die Seriennummer ungültig ist, obwohl es die neue Seriennummer ist, die Adobe mir gegeben hat.
Wisst ihr was ich nun machen kann?

Thanks to your reply but the problem is that I have do downloaded the new version as well as I created a new serial number. And I used both but it says that the serial number is invalid. So how can the new number be Invalid?

How can I get a number which is working?

the old serial number may still be stored on your computer.  you can check or just follow the suggestions in message 2.

did you download the new installation file from that link, too?

if yes,

secure your new serial number and that new installation file

uninstall cs3 (using the uninstaller)

clean per http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

remove the cache.db file from Program Files (x86)/Common Files/Adobe/Adobe PCD/cache/

restart your computer

install cs3 using the new installation file and activate using the new serial number
