Hi, I have a new computer that I needed to transfer Adobe CS6 Suite to and deactivate the program on the old computer and turn it into my company and have it wipped clean in the next week. I can't find the software CD's anywhere and think I lost them in a move. I have the serial number - help, what can I do, I use it all the time! Thank you for your great comments and help!
There are no replacement media and no downloads for the educational version. Probably your company needs to get you a Creative Cloud subscription.

Since you bought on disc, there is no way for anyone to help
For CS6 back to CS4 you may download ONLY if you bought direct from Adobe via download
-Log-in to your account and click this link https://account.adobe.com/products
--click Order history on the left and then the link to your order that will show on the right
--and finally click the link "Downloads and serial numbers" that will appear
---as always, write the serial number in a text file AND copy that text file and the
---download file(s) to an external drive (or two) to be sure you have what you need
-if you did not buy direct from Adobe via download you must find your original install
-if you have an Education or volume license you MUST use your original media
--the link for an Education or volume license download is not available at all
-if you bought a disc and don't have a drive you will need to buy an external USB drive
-if you bought and lost a disc Adobe does not provide a replacement via download
-if you bought a download from a 3rd party vendor you will need to contact that vendor

So what you are saying is that anyone that PAID FOR and OWNS Adobe software that we got on CD or DVD we are essentially screwed out of the money we paid because Adobe no longer wants us to keep using what we own...they now want us to use and pay over and over for what we already bought!!!! WOW.... I am starting the fun job of looking for other pro software that is NOT adobe... I know it exists but seriously, I have owned and bought ADOBE graphic software for over 30 years... I have spent many 1000's of $ on their software and then on add-ons for my work.... This is total BS!!!!! I just got a new computer and I can't run what I own.... tech support told me to get cloud version....I do NOT want the cloud version!!!!

Creative Cloud installs on your machine the same as disk software did. It's no different from paying monthly for streaming, phone/Internet, and easier on the budget.

Adobe never ask you for their password. These scammers want your Adobe info, credit cards, your money and control of your computer, please take care.
