New computer needs old Adobe Photoshop Elements - how to transfer???

Question

HiMy old computer just broke down. Should transfer the old Adobe Photoshop Elements to the new computer. I hahe ofcourse the serial numerb of the licence, but How should I start?In Adobe inernet site, there is only a trial version to PSE13, should I load it and then try to offer the old serial number to it? Or can you tell me some link where I can load the PSE12?thanks in advance,Susa
