For more information on this please check the FAQ section in this link and to also check how you can activate and deactivate the product : Download and install Adobe Creative Cloud apps

Use the below link to download and install Creative cloud app and after installing it sign in and go to APP tab in it and Install Photoshop CC 2015 from there.
