New Hard Drive

My home computer and my laptop had elements 8 installed.  Both have had to have new hard drives.  I want to use elements on my laptop, but told I can only have a trial.  Please help me resolve this problem.  This is the second time I have chatted with someone.  The first time was with Jithu.  He told me the problem was fixed, but now the 30 days is up and I can not use it any longer.  I paid for this, and want to use it.  Thank you

You need to contact Adobe support to get it fixed....no one would be able to help you here
