New Installation Method for Flash

A new installation method that will allow you to download the entire program/plugin on another computer then use a flash drive and transfer it to the computer that can't download it. This will be useful for those who don't have high speed internet and get timeout errors when downloading.

You can always copy the downloaded files to a flash drive.  Also if you have the physical media you can copy the install files from the install media as well and make them available on your network for example.
