Dear sirs Adobe support team
Good afternoon
I have joined adobe stock about four years ago as a contributor designer as well as I had free membership of creative cloud, during the last three years I had used an old laptop to finish my designs hardly because of its slowness performance. On the that time my device was equipped with unlicensed illustrator and photoshop apps., and I had many attempts to replace them with new apps from creative cloud but I couldn’t.
By the way, all the adobe apps in our Yemeni markets are unlicensed.
Generally, by the early of this year 2024, I replaced my old device with new laptop and formatted my old device. I could easily download some apps. but I couldn’t download illustrator and photoshop apps. at that time, I asked your assistance, and I did all steps according to responses and solutions from adobe community, unfortunately all were failed.
Then, I downloaded unlicensed illustrator and photoshop apps. from web.
Right now, every moment new messages pop up warning me to stop and terminate Adobe applications within 5 days.
Really, I am so worried because of my valued files specially in illustrator app.

do you have a current subscription for the apps you want to use?

then you can't legally use the apps you want to use.
you need a legal subscription. if adobe doesn't sell to your country directly, you can use klarna or another authorized reseller, https://adobe.my.salesforce-sites.com/PartnerSearch?lang=en

there is no free membership that allows you to use (beyond a trial/grace period) the adobe apps you mentioned.
