My boss got this Adobe cloud thing so that we could use Photoshop in the office, but I installed the "Adobe Creative Cloud" softwarer onto my Windows 8 work laptop and I get thsi error stating it cannot connect to the Adobe servers. The software gives no further troubleshooting or support instructions. What can I do to proceed and use the software? Thanks.

Unfortunately, Windows 8 is NOT a supported OS. You need Win10 version 1903 or higher now.
Please ensure your computer exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use. Check each one.
