No CC apps will let me use them with error "must quit because you’re not signed in."

I recently got a new computer for work and one for personal use and I would like to have my Adobe CC on both computers. However, I previously have my CC app installed on another computer we have at home. I know I can only have my account logged in on two devices and used by one at a time. So I went through the steps to disconnect the account from the old computer and it should be only logged in on my two new computers now.

However, whenever I go to open a CC app, like illustrator here for example, I get the following message and then it forces me to close the program and I have no ability to use any of my adobe software now.

Illustrator must quit because you’re not signed in.

You’ve been signed out most likely due to activating an Adobe application on another device, or because you’ve recently changed your Adobe ID password. You’ve also been signed out of any other open Adobe apps on this device. Some of these apps may have to quit.Learn more.

All the applications and cloud assets related to your Adobe ID will be available when you relaunch and sign in again.

I have searched the internet far and wide for solutions and uninstalled everything and reinstalled and still not working. Have not been able to get through to tech support as I get stuck waiting in cue for hours on end with no one coming to help me.

Any ideas? Tomorrow is Monday and I use these programs for my work daily. Kind of a crisis here.

Impossible to know anything. You haven't even provided the most basic system info much less anything more specific. As far as the activations are concerned, start by checking their state via your Adobe account and release them manually if need be.

Sorry, I'm having this problem on on my Macbook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015).

I've already logged into my adobe account online and thought I released all the activations, but it's still not opening on my computer.

Just out of curiosity, I also created a new account just to check if I could at least open trial versions and it's giving me the same error message. Whenever I opened any Adobe editing programs like Illustrator, Photoshop, or Lightroom, I get that error message

" ------- must quit because you’re not signed in."
