No download button

When I go to My Orders I have no download link or button after my order number. How do I download my product?

What products did you order? Have you tried after waiting a while? Sometimes the servers are simply swamped and won't allow more users...

You can download the product as the trial and at  the time of installation enter the serial number you have

BE AWARE:  the trial is NO different!  adobe simply stopped providing the download option, making it impossible for users to download our sw online. 

what the heck is that all about anyway? 

WHY would they make it so hard for us to get the sw we paid thousands of $$$ for?? 

now they leave us with NO alternative but to have to order a cd, risking that it will get damaged or lost, + everything else that comes with that archaic option! 

they leave us behind & continue to limit our options more & more, down to just the one they decide for us we should use, instead of allowing us to use the one(s) that actually works for us.

they took away the advantage of being able to have access to our tools online as they FALSELY advertise; like for example, the totally FALSE statement at the top of the 'download sw' page as shown below:

this is a COMPLETE LIE!!!  right under it you find this:

the sales reps LIE as well when we directly & specifically ask about this issue at the moment of the purchase. 

we cant even make the purchase online anymore; they force us to HAVE to waste our time by placing a call to ask about this.  ONLY it's all for nothing because they LIE!

this is the way adobe conducts business, by lying to make a sale!
