No email, person or live chat to contact to cancel subscription?

Hello everyone, I'd like some help as I would like to cancel my Premiere Pro subscription and get a refund (less than 14 days). Going through the "manage plan" page doesn't work since there's no "cancel plan" link found like it's displayed in Cancel your Creative Cloud membership

Since my payments are being handled by Digital River I emailed them to request for a cancellation thinking that they could do something about it but no dice as well. I was asked to contact Adobe customer service instead and eventually found this url: Contact Customer Care  

Unfortunately there is no actual contact option as the page simply displays this:

"Chat

24 hours a day, 7 days a week"

Without any way to actually chat. There is no telephone number to be found as well.

If it helps, I'm wondering if this is because I live in southeast asia.

Since I have been unsuccessful in finding a way to contact anyone regarding my request, can anyone point me to some source that can help me with my request? I only want the Premiere Pro cancelled, not the other plans.

Thanks a lot for the help kglad and Sheena,

It appears that my antivirus (Avira) somehow decided to limit the options I could utilize to contact an Adobe representative. After I disabled it, the options to click on and access live chat was available. Matter has since been resolved, hopefully the refund will come on time as well.

I apologize for the trouble in reaching the support.

Can you follow the procedure as mentioned in Contact Support FAQ: Unable to reach support through the "Contact US" link ?

Let me know if you are able to find a support person.
