buenas noches, estoy tratando de instalar adobe creative cloud y me da un error 1, como lo puedo solucionar?

estou com mac m2 e migrei o meu mac intel para esse.

agora nada da abobe funciona e quando fui reinstalar so recebo esse erro 1

Migration does not work, you need to do a fresh install... starting with removing the programs

restore your m2

properly uninstall adobe from your old computer 

migrate your adobe free old computer to your new computer 

properly install adobe onto your m2
