No Paypal option for payment?

Anyone else having issues paying with PayPal from your country?

I was about to purchase a plan for illustrator when I got an error during PayPal checkout that my Paypal country (Philippines) did not match my Adobe ID country (Germany). Philippines was also not available in the dropdown when making a credit card option (still prefer Paypal though).

I contacted Adobe support and was advised to create a NEW Adobe ID with my current country of residence (Philippines). Not really an optimal solution in my opinion but I did it anyway.

With my new adobe id I was about to pay for a plan, then it turns out there is NO PAYPAL option. Only Credit Card.

I contacted Adobe support again but they told me that Philippines does not have a Paypal option. Only Visa and Mastercard.

I feel like I'm going around in circles.

Anyone else experienced this? How did you solve it?

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address.

change country associated with adobe id - https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/change-country-associated-with-adobe-id.html

change currency - https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1999694

change store - http://www.adobe.com/store_selector/storeselector.html

change adobe.com website language - https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1999693

Thanks for the links. I already saw those before I posted my question.

Basically I already changed my country by creating a new adobe id as suggested by adobe support.

My problem now is that don't have the option to pay with PAYPAL.
