I need to downgrade from Bridge 2023 back to Bridge 2022. I read that I can do this from my products page. So I go to the products page and it says I have no products, I should register them. I try and it asks for serial numbers of the products. I use the Creative Cloud Photography plan and don't have serial numbers as far as I know. I tried to sign in to the to the LWS but it kicks me out saying "Adobe does not recognize you as an authorized user of this web site." How do I find the serial number so I can downgrade back to a verison that actually works?

Secondly you should be able to install the older version directly from Creative Cloud Desktop app. Did you try that

Yes, serial numbers can be located on the Products page. However, there are no serial numbers for apps included in Cloud plans. That's why you have no products showing (by which Adobe means products with serial numbers).
Cloud apps are installed and uninstalled via the Cloud desktop app. Not via the Products page.
So ensure you are signed in to your Cloud account. Then download Bridge 2022 via Install > Other Versions in the Cloud desktop app.

if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english
if that fails, change the install location
