Not able to deactivate before PC crashed. How do I now install if I'm over the limit of activations?

I had a motherboard go bad, then a hard ddrive and finally a memory chip. Each time I had to reload all my programs including my Adobe products I purchased last year. How do I install now if my account shows too many activations? I'd like to use the products I paid for!
