Not able to install Illustrator on macOS.

I've tried to download illustrator on my Mac. The link given by Adobe did not take me anywhere. The chat team gave me another link, that failed at 0%. I downloaded and redownloaded both links 3 times. Absolutely nobody has been able to help me, and it seems as if nobody wants to help. If this matter does not get resolved, I will be filing a formal complaint.

I'd recommend following the steps provided on help article https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install.html and see if it helps.
