Not able to see apps on CC app

I am not able to see any of my installed apps on CC desktop app. Neither I am able to see the dashboard. Attached the screenshot. Please help.

Hi,

 

Thank you for posting your query here.

 

Please try to Open Windows Task Manager (in case you are using a Windows) or Mac Activity Monitor (if you're using a Mac) and End the Adobe processes like CreativeCloudDesktop, CCLibrary, Coresync, AcrobatUpdate, AdobeCreativeCloud etc.

Once done, please try to download and run the Creative Cloud Uninstaller file from  : https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html 

Once the Creative Cloud App is uninstalled, please Go to :  https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html and scroll down to the section "Problems installing? Try alternative download links" and there are the Direct installers for Mac and Windows version. Please download and install the Creative Cloud App from the direct link and let me know if that works.
