Bonjour,

j'ai le même problème que plusieurs avant moi. Je viens d'acheter le pack photoshop elements / premiere elements.

Lorsque je dois rentrer le nméro de série, le logiciel me di qu'il n'est pas valide. j'ai essayé le copier/coller, changer la langue du clavier, rien n'y fait.

si quelqu'un a une autre solution je suis preneur.

    Also the serial number you are using might be for the other program. You are using the serial for PS Elements that belongs to Premiere Elements (just a thought).

    Hi

    thanks for your answers.

    I bought the licence directly from the adobe website. Once I did, they sent me the erial numbers via e-mail and this is where I copied it.

    What pisses me off, is that I realized that I'm not the first noe to which it happens, adobe knows about it and still sells those products from 150€ knowing it won't work in some cases.

    I'm still searching but if anyone has any idea...

    You need to be very carefule entering that number. Check and Double check it.

     

    I have never seen Adobe had out a serial number for the Elements programs that didn't work.

     

    Have yo contacted Adobe directly through the Chat system? If you haven't I suggest you do that.

    As far as I know all keyboards have number keys that do not change with the language used by the OS or the keyboard layout. A 1 is a 1 and so on on all keyboards.

    In your original post above you say "I tried copying/pasting". From where have you done that?

    The serial number for all Adobe software is 24 number character long usually divided in 6 groups of 4 numbers. But that is on a Paper sticker on the box the software came in.

    Where did you buy this combo of PS and Premiere Elemnts?

    And did some company send you the serial number in an email?

    Is the characters you are entering all numbers or are there letters included?

    If letters then that is a Redemption Code you use to Redeem a valid serial number.

     

    Do NOT post whatever you are entering in this forum.

    If it is a redemption code you have to go to the Adobe site to redeem a serial number.

    Select the Individual option and enter the code.
