Old Adobe programs on hard drive

I have the following multiple versions of Adobe software on this computer.

Can the older versions be removed using the traditional Window 10 removal process?

These programs are listed in the Windows 10, Settings, Apps & Features dialog box:

Bridge CC 2018

Bridge CC 2019

Photoshop CC 2018

Photoshop CC 2019

In addition to the programs listed above, these Folders are listed when I go to C:\Program Files\Adobe. Some of these folders have all the program files and some have only a very few sub-folders:

Adobe Bridge CC 2015

Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.5

Adobe Photoshop CC 2017

Adobe Photoshop CS5 (64 Bit)

Adobe Lightroom 4

As these are not listed in the Windows 10, Settings, Apps & Features dialog box, can I just delete the folders/files?
