After a total forced rest of pc, i lost use of InDesign. It was running on last Windows 10 update now i cannot run it. I tried re-installation from cd but program doesnt start. how can I update it with my previous account?
a reinstall failure is a problem isolated to your computer, but could probably be worked out using a new user or compatibility mode or suspending security software etc.
but the ability to activate has been withdrawn on adobe's end so there's not much reason to make the effort.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
