Hi,

first I'm 13 years so I should take the student option.

I want to have After Effects but I don't need the other programs from the creative cloud.

Can I buy only After Effects with the student option?

There is no single student plan for Ae as a student plan, so you need to sign up for an All Aps student plan.
Also, for the first year, you can use it at a lower price than the regular Ae single plan, and it will be slightly higher after the second year, but you can also use Premiere Pro etc.
