I know that I didn't loan my software nor was it stolen. If it's possible that I logged in using another e-mail address, how can I download my software again if I keep getting an error.

It's PSE 10 and they require you to put in the redemption code online to retrieve the serial number. I can't get to the serial number because of the error.

if you've already redeemed your serial number once, you can't redeem it again.

if you purchased from adobe or registered with adobe, check the account used to purchase/register, Adobe ID
