Opaque billing item descriptions

I have just wasted 15 minutes of my life trying to understand the bill I have received. The main code I can't figure out is APCC (full item codes below).

I know we have Adobe Acrobat reader DC, we also have Photoshop elements and Premier Elements, neither of which should have an annual bill

Can anyone help?

Yes, the codes are quite difficult to understand, if you are not having the correct information.

If you get, however, a bill and you have only Acrobat reader and Ps Elements and Pr Elements than there is a problem. Either did you take a subscription for a different product or there is an error on the Adobe side. To come to that conclusion, you do not need the codes. The amount of the bill will lead to the product, in your Adobe id you find the details and for all other operations you will need to Contact Customer Care .
