How can I open the CC2019 without having to login to Creative Cloud?  Or, how can CC2019 save the password so I do not have to type it every time I want to enter Photoshop? Thank You

In additional to Kglad's suggestions you might try these Adobe Creative Cloud signs you out or asks you to sign in repeatedly

if you installed ps without problems, you shouldn't have to do either.

before installing all subscription programs did you install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs?
