Opening Premier Pro

I have downloaded and installed Premier Pro CS6 with the creative cloud on my laptop but it won't open. My computer won't open Premier Pro files either. It's like it isn't even registering it to be on the computer.

Try to launch Premiere Pro CS 6 from C: > Program Files > Adobe .>Adobe Premiere pro CS 6 folder  and check.
