My original computer died and I need to install the Lightroom program onto my new computer. I do not know where to find my serial number so I can reinstall this onto my new computer. I do not even care if I am able to save the files that are on my previous computer, I just need help installing this without having to repurchase it. Please help!

I found the serial number and it filled up all of the blanks, but now there is a big red X and it won't let me move on from there. The only option is to go back or cancel. What am I suppose to do now???

After I type in the serial number, there is no way to press Enter or Next. So it feels like a stalemate and I don't know how to finish up the process.
