P71 error

Hi,

 

I just received a "P71 error", containing this message: "Installation failed
This application cannot be run from a network drive. Copy the application to a local folder and restart the application."

 

So I created a folder on my desktop.

However I get the same error message. 

 

Can anyone help me?

Hi Axel, thanks but I don't seem to find the solution. My error code doesn't show when I look it up and the proper installation always givese me the error message.

Hi Melanie,

Did this message appear when trying to install the Creative Cloud app? From the message, it sounds like you should copy/move the installer to your local hard drive - like your desktop, and the run it from there.

Hi Dean,

 

It indeed appeared when I was trying to install it.

But I received the message that my download couldn't be succeeded. That's why I tried moving the set-up to my desktop.
