I have been trying to install the new version of adobe flash player version 11.1 on my IMac. I succeeded in downloading it but have been stalled when attempting to install it.  i could not find a password that was the correct one so  I next successfully reset a new password but I was still informed that my password was incorrect so am still unable to install this new version of adobe flash player. I need help.
