Password request when installing Adobe software on macOS

I have done password reset but still not access who I try doing many times.

please advise.

additional, after reset and change new password to proceed downloading LR+Photoshop installer app then to do installation step but I stuck when the system requires Adobe ID and password.

When you are installing or updating on a Mac, that is your Mac asking you to prove that you have permission by asking for your COMPUTER password, not your Adobe password https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2139902

You think it's asking for your Adobe ID and password because you're installing Adobe software.

As John T Smith says, the dialog box is actually your Mac operating system asking for your local computer username and password for permission to install software.
