My subscription to CC is about to expire and all I can find is an option to give my card details but it doesnt tell me the price and or if this will just swipe my years subscription or the option of monthly. Where can I see and control my own account? A little fed up having to work so hard to be a customer. Surely there should be an option to say what I'm adding my card details for? monthly or annual. Can anyone help?

I'm in the UK and currently there is no chat option.

Basically I bought a years subscription but want to renew by monthly payments. Spent two hours trying to work out how to do it. Non existent options other than to give my card details!! Nice to know what for though? the cost and the payment plan.
