pb d'installation indesign 2.0

Lors de l'installation de INDESIGN 2.0  (ou je sais ce n'est pas récent, mais c'est le seul que j'ai) j'ai le message suivant ; après avoir inscrit

mon nom, et mon n° de série, j'ai un n° de série valide, mais quoi que j'écrive à l'emplacement de mon nom, un message d'erreur me dit "votre prénom dépasse les 16 caractères autorisés...". Alors j'ai essayer de ne rien mettre dans la case NOM car la case prénom n'existe pas ! , mais rien n'y fait.

quelle est la solution ?

    Bernadettel74236693 can you confirm you are attempting to install InDesign 2.0 or is it InDesign CS2?  If it is InDesign CS2 (4.0) then please see Invalid personalization information where this topic was discussed.  It may still be applicable for InDesign 2.0.  If not then can you please post a screen shot of the error message that you are current receiving?

    Details on how to post a screen shot, Bernadettel74236693, can be found at FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video? .  Since it is likely that the screen shot will be in French can you also type the text of the error into your post?  This will allow the built in translation engine to translate the text, but still allow me to see the error dialog that you are currently facing.

    Yes, it's very old...so old in fact that it was released around the same time at Windows XP. Either find an old computer or subscribe to Creative Cloud.

    certes il est ancien, mais il était déjà installé avec Windows 10 et il fonctionnait ... je ne sais plus pourquoi j'ai du le réinstaller mais je regrette que cela ne soit plus possible ... ce n'est pas normal ... cette version me convient tout à fait et me suffit .... pourquoi réinvestir ?

    Suit yourself. Trying to run 15 year old software on a brand new operating system is a fools errand.
