Hi Nancy, thanks for your answwer, but it does not solve my question.
I already know the procedure to delete files, what I'm asking here is how to delete ALL files at once, as I have thausands of them.

Hey man, sorry you're getting a classic case of "why don't you do this that's not relevant to what you posted about originally!" I'm having the same issue. I don't think there is a solution, sadly, but if you found one I'd love to know it.
I'm having further issues with getting a "could not delete some assets permanently" message. Cool!

To avoid further confusion, I have moved & merged your other question on the same topic with this one.

Get a small backup server for yourself to back up your data to secure a physical location like an external drive.
You could easily get an HDD or an SSD to backup your data.
Then clean your data from the cloud storage.
I hope this helps!
Regards.

Select one file, and use the "End or Page Down" keys on your keyboard to travel towards the end of the list. It's going to keep loading more, so just select a good chunk of files to test out your bandwidth. Since you have thousands of items, you'll have select ~100-200 files each time, othewise your browser will crash due to having "not enough memory."
Remember, your browser might freeze a few times after selecting, prior to showing the [Permanently Delete] confirmation dialoge. Just be patient. Give yourself at least an hour to have a coffee and do this on the side while you're watching or reading something. It's long, and grueling.
Just for reference, I had about 10gb from over 1,500 files in my deleted folder, and it took me roughly 30 min to achieve this. I have 16gb of RAM, Gigabit Ethernet, and a 9900K processor. I will never use creative cloud due to this reason, and also the fact that their "cloud" storage isn't cloud at all. It takes up local space on all machines.
Good luck!

In the first step, I forgot to mention, after you select one file, and travel down a few pages, hold the "Shift" key on your keyboard and select another file. You'll see the browser will select all the files between the first file you selected, and the last file.

yes, but half the time the website crashes, or it won't load ALL the files (if you have hundreds or thousands). adobe creative cloud storage is awful. its terrible. there's no excuse for it to be this bad when dropbox, office 365, etc exit and are actually usuable.

I definitely agree with you on the atrocious way Adobe handles cloud files. For some, having this last resort folder would be useful in case they wanted to recover any accidentally deleted files. However, Adobe should include a "delete all" button for the rest of us, and maybe add a couple confirmation prompts with their "are you sure you want to do this" warnings. Once we confirm all the prompts, BOOM! all gone.
Sounds like such a simple solution, and it's better for their allocation. I can imagine how many people are taking up their storage because they simply don't want to deal with how awful the purging experience is.
I, personally, am switching to Dropbox for my true non-local cloud storage. I hope you can find a fix, or a way to start deleting some of your files.

I wonder whether they do it on purpose so you buy more space... I can't believe that in 2022 a company like Adobe is offering such a horrible service
