After posting a problem of swapping software platform, I was contacted by "Adobe Tina Piana" via message. She asked me to provide Skype account which I did. And then someone with Skype ID "adobesystems_24x7" contacted me and ask for my Adobe account ID AND password. Seriously? My password? After failed attempt of getting my password, a case number was threw to me. Although the "Adobe Help and Support" said a level 2 would be contact through email, I feel this is a phishing scam.
I don't know if anyone here has encountered such issue, but just want to bring it out to share in the forum.

Z2P thanks for update, I have reviewed the thread you have shared and yes CS6 is the last version that can be swapped for platform change.
You can upgrade to Creative Cloud and have access to all the latest versions of the apps and features.
See: Creative Cloud pricing and membership plans | Adobe Creative Cloud.
Hope this helps.

Also as mentioned in my original thread, I'm not considering CC at this moment. I wouldn't bother if mine is CS3 or CS4, but CS5.5 is just half-generation older than CS6 and Adobe now provides no upgrade service to enable the platform switch, which makes it totally unfair for customers.

CS5.5 is five years old, and support for that version stopped when CS6 was issued 4 years ago
And, for anyone else reading this... Adobe does NOT use skype, so anyone asking for skype information is a scammer
Also, all Adobe employees have a big red STAFF badge, like Bani in message 3
