photoshop 20.0.4 update failed

I regularly use the Creative Cloud desktop app to update Lightroom and Photoshop. With the release of v20.0.4 I attempted an update. My current version of Photoshop was uninstalled but the new version failed to download/install. Now I can't seem to use the desktop app to install the previous version. I can't find any info about this issue on the web. This brings my photography business to a grinding halt! Please help!

There are many reasons why an install may fail. What was the error code?
