No, CS5 is no longer sold and 6 is out of upgrade range even if it was.

Your best bet is the Photography Plan $10 a month and the latest versions of Photoshop, Mac and PC, any language.

CS6 is a few years old, is neither updated or supported. That's the last permanent license one.
