Photoshop activation issue!!!

I recently reinstall photoshop. When I start photoshop, the following "sign request" window keeps coming after "thank you" window. So those two windows infinitely repeat without popping up photoshop. Actually the same issue was found in Adobe acrobat.

Please help me.
