This is not Adobe tech support.  This is a public user forum.   Please don't ever invite strangers onto your computer.  That's a recipe for trouble. 

What problems are you having installing PS Elements 15?

Specifically which MAC OS do you have -- Mavericks, El Capitan, Sierra, High Sierra....?

This is 6 years old. Support is for 5 years.

What macOS version does your Mac run? If Catalina, Big Sur, or Monterey, it will be impossible to run this ancient software, you must buy all new.
