Photoshop cc 2015 - licence this software

I installed the trial . I have a serial number but it isn't coming up with "licence this software" or activate under the help tab .

Any solutions to this ?

CC does not use serial numbers. Once your have purchased the license, all you have to do is to sign in with your Adobe ID
