Photoshop CC 2017 can not validate software license

When I try to start Photoshop CC 2017 in my PC (Win 10) I get message: Validating software license…

And this happens again and again.

I tested my Adobe ID account and it is in good condition. All other applications will work, including the Adobe Creative Cloud.

I can also log in to my Adobe Account.

I also uninstall and reinstall Photoshop, but it did not help.

What should I do now?

HI markkul62741483,

Please follow the steps below.

First off make sure you have Followed steps mentioned in Adobe Creative Cloud sign-in errors

Rename Slcache and Slstore

> Navigate to C:/ProgramData\Adobe\ (Program data is hidden Folder) and rename Slstore it to Slstore.old

> Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ and rename Slcache to Slcache.old

   2.  Now Following Adobe Creative Cloud sign-in errors  Rename opm.db File

> Navigate to the OOBE folder.: - \Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

> Rename the opm.db file to opm.old.db

   3.  Run Cleaner to clean install Adobe Creative cloud and Photoshop.(If step 1 and 2 does not resolve the issue)

> Refer Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Please let ,me know if further assistance is required or if this works.
