Photoshop CC activation on replacement Mac

My iMac died and was replaced under warranty by Apple and so I was unable to deactivate Photoshop and Lightroom CC before my old machine was returned to Apple.

I have my new iMac and have done a Time Machine restore and now have a working machine again. In Adobe CC I can't seem to be able to check for updates or do anything with my installed apps the only option I have is 'Start Trial' even though I am logged into my CC account.

What can I do to get my install of CC working properly?

I have done everything you said and now I am getting the trial offer still not my downloads! I checked and my latest CC payment was taken last week. Thoughts?

make sure your account shows your subscription is active, Adobe ID

if it is, start by signing out and then back in to your cc desktop app, Troubleshooting FAQ: What should I do if I have a membership but my app is acting as if I have a trial?

uninstall everything cc including lastly the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud using compatibility mode (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb456979.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

This is a Mac not a Windows machine so does your answer still apply as you have quoted a M$ article?
