Photoshop CC can't install ImageReady.exe running

I have tried multiple times to install Photoshop CC.   After completing the download, then extracting I get a message:

at 42%

Photoshop CC Install

Please close the following applications to continue:

-ImageReady.exe

Nothing is running.  HOW CAN I GET THIS SOFTWARE INSTALLED.

Logged into my administrator account and nothing is running.

You need to terminate the process in task manager.

Thanks, but no processes called Mylenium in task manager are running.  No applications running either.

I am running under an administrative account and nothing is started.  Is there something else that might need to be disabled?  Sorry bout the first post, just was hoping Mylenium was a process did not realize it was you!

Try to restart the machine or select the option in Task Manager>Processes tab, which says show Processes from all users and then check for this process.
