Did you try restarting your system and then check for Help->Updates.

are you using a wired (not wireless) connection?
do you have any anti-virus or anti-malware scanning of downloads that might be stopping the download prematurely?

Hey. This was my solution after reading several forum about deleting files. So simple. Thanks

I too keep having this problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled cloud, same for app manager, done everything the trouble shooting guide told me to do on your site but still keep getting Download Error please try again - I don't have any other software running to block or corrupt the download, the signal in my studio is fine i am on line, direct, not wireless and the rest of the studio is fine so its not a connection problem. ??

I don't even get a error code just this every sing time. The only thing I have done different the past week was this Creative Cloud pop up warning - a pop up problem, this was your advice, which I followed, would this be the reason why I am now having this problem ??
- please advise ASAP
Thank you
C

I have tried for hours...uninstalled twice, tried it logged in as the administrator after enabling the "hidden" administrator that was posted by another Adobe staff member, turned off my Norton Anti-virus...nothing. Same error. Your link just shows a table of the error codes and the one for this error says try again. What else can I do. I can't connect to a non-wifi network...it is an ultra-slim laptop. This is Photoshop CC 2014 by the way. Please help.

GaryMoody the relevant portion with actionable steps is located within the solutions section. Please try an alternate Internet connection and verify that your software firewall is not interfering with the download process.
