Photoshop CS6 as a One-Time Purchase

So, I purchased Photoshop CS6. Am I able to use Photoshop CS6 if I cancel any other monthly-paid memberships? I will only use Photoshop for leisure or as a "hobby", in which I will use irregularly. Is there a way for me to only pay once for Photoshop and not have to pay monthly charges or any other extra fees?

if you purchased a cs6 license, you do not need to purchase it again and you do not need a subscription to use it.

That means that you may use CS6 with no Cloud subscription, but do read Get off the cloud if you HAVE and then cancel a Cloud subscription

Okay, so I'm a noob when it comes to computers. I read the link that you gave me and thank you by the way for that. I just booted up my computer a few minutes ago and when I got to my desktop, this error message popped up:

I clicked "Quit" and proceeded to read the answers to this post. I clicked on my CreativeCloud.exe shortcut and the same error message popped up again.

I went on my Adobe profile and found this when I was checking what my Creative Cloud Plan was:

By reading this, I'm assuming that I will not pay any membership whatsoever? I'm sorry if I appear stupid, but like I said, I am a computer noob. If I delete the Creative Cloud software, I'll have nothing to worry about when it comes to paying for membership and any extra fees, I'll just still have my Adobe log in account and my Photoshop CS6. Is that correct?

you have a 30 day free trial membership.  you can try cc programs during that trial period and you can use your purchased cs6 during that trial.  after that trial period your cc programs will no longer open unless you pay money.

because of, imo undesirable, behavior of the cc desktop app, your cs6 is probably now a subscription and no longer perpetually licensed.  you can continue to use your cs6 as long as your subscription (trial or otherwise) lasts.

after your subscription lapses, your cs6 will probably cease to open (because it's been changed to subscription).

to fix that so your ps cs6 is returned to a perpetually licensed product, uninstall everything cc (including the cc desktop app) and uninstall your ps cs6.

clean per Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems.

restart your computer.

reinstall your ps cs6 using your serial number to (perpetually) license it.

if, in the future, you again install the cc desktop app, your cs6 will probably again revert to the subscription licensed product.
